"tol tol" reunion

Few weeks back, I had a little reunion with some of my best friends in my secondary school. Although we don't have the privilege of learning and studying together anymore, I'm so grateful I will know these girls for life and thank God for the lively impact they have had during my secondary school years.

We had such a blast catching up and joking in our usual banter language that no one else seems to understand. We stopped by at Slug and Lettuce, ordering masses of food and gobbling it down with laughter.

After lunch, we stopped by the river for a nice walk and some polaroids in the sun.

Inspired.

In a few weeks time, my house will be covered in dust and filled with the annoying sound of drills as we're getting an extension built.
As a result, I've been busying myself with pinterest and grand design magazines (so much inspiration!), especially now that my exams have finally finished too - yahay!!

My birthday in pictures

My birthday was a few weeks ago and only now did I have the chance to upload a few snaps from my day. I went to Earls Court in London with my cousins, friends and sister, followed by some tasty food at a buffet in Camden town. Ooooo and mustn't I forget, I also got a few boxes of scrummy cupcakes - I have the best friends ever :)

Colour my Friday: fiery salsa.

Few weeks ago, I had the greatest pleasure of going on a mini photo shoot with one of my great friends Kelly.

We've been planning this for so long and finally found "the" day around our busy schedules. We hiked all around London that day - going from St. James' Park, to the Victoria and Albert Museum, to Hyde Park.

^Isn't the light just gorgeous in the V&A?! Added bonus was  it was so quiet that day as everyone preferred to bathe in the rare sun!^

Knowing the deceiving British sun, we were so surprised this awesome weather sustained pretty much throughout the day!

Although our original plan was shooting the colours and graphics of Brick Lane, it was too time consuming to travel all the way. But brush that aside, we managed to visit far more places as a result and I don't regret one single bit!

It was such a perfect day - sprinkles of laughters and topped with sushi for lunch. How great was it that it wasn't as hustle and bustle as I had thought?!
